It’s that time of year and I am once again in the mood to bake pies. Today I made my niece’s recipe for pie but its really not a secret it is Pillsbury’s Perfect Apple Pie recipe! I did tweak it and uses gala apples, brown sugar, and of course I always give it an egg white bath to finish it off. I can’t wait to hear the ooh’s and aaah’s….
