One of the best things about our garden is that we just have such lovely vegetables and I am able to create such beautiful culinary creations. Eric and I grow lettuce, tomatoes, onions, herbs such as basil, cilantro, dill etc…….I actually have a huge assortment of herbs. So we love to make big beautiful salads! We especially love using our edible flower such as our nasturtiums, onion scapes, cilantro flowers, and violas. They make salads look so festive and I love the peppery flavor of nasturtiums.
