Recently for my birthday our friends made me a “tres chic” diy rustic wine rack that made this farm girl’s heart swoon!  My friend and her husband made this awesome wine rack with a rake and a chalkboard slate and they actually found the connecting pieces at the local hardware store…..she did mention they looked in the bike rack area for the actual wine holder.

It matches my kitchen perfectly but unfortunately I can’t show you guys my kitchen makeover yet because we haven’t painted the cabinets yet but you won’t believe how far it is coming along.

I had to write the clever note on the chalkboard because our Anniversary is 4 days after my birthday and we were celebrating!

I had to share this with all of you  especially since it’s the time of the year to start making all of your holiday gifts if you haven’t started yet.
