My fave this week is a post titled “What To Do with Chicken Feet” by Heather at The Homesteading Hippy and first of all the post is really cleverly written and funny but it’s also practical and informative and if you are going to raise meat chickens this topic might actually be very helpful to you! We are not at this point raising chickens for meat but Heather would be the one I would talk to if we were planning on it she know’s her stuff and she knows all about raising meat chickens in a small space!
Don’t take my word for it though go over to her site she has a huge array of excellent blog posts covering topics such as green living, from the kitchen, her animals and more!
