It is so cold in Coastal North Carolina this week…..tonight it is going to get down to about 14 degrees for us that is extremely cold. My fingers are even cold as I am typing up this post LOL! I have to hurry up and get out to the family room where the woodstove is 🙂
I hope you all are having a good week and I am working on containing my frustration at the news the Groundhog brought us…..not good!

This week my favorite is a blog post about a homemade herbal tonic! I am a huge believer in the old school recipes…the wisdom of others that come before us does count for something and it is something we both believe in!
